Primal Breed Naturals ships orders Monday through Friday, with any order placed before 10:00AM PST guaranteed to ship out the same day.

All orders placed after 10:00AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. For example, if you place your order at 6:00PM on Friday, we will process and pack your order over the weekend, but the shipping carrier won’t pick it up until Monday.

All delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the selection chosen.)

UPS delivers packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

USPS & FedEx deliver Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

We offer free standard shipping to all 50 states and US territories on orders $70 and above!

Shipments to P.O. Boxes APO/FPO/DPO addresses must select USPS shipping. These shipments can ONLY be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS carrier method if there is a conflict in the shipping selection.

Final shipping costs will be stated before the completion of checkout.

Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time you placed the order.
